What we collect and why
When you email us
We receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message. We use it to reply, arrange a call and, if you go ahead, to provide our services.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
When you visit this website
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website and understanding which pages are useful.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.
Who we share data with
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and routes email sent to cronexus.com addresses.
- Google, which provides the mailbox where that email is delivered.
Both act as processors under contract. Where they process data outside the European Economic Area, they rely on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. Client records are kept for as long as Irish tax and company law require.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, or to stop using it. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie.
Changes
We will update the date at the top of this notice whenever it changes.
